​Thank you for entrusting us with your pet’s care! When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside enough time to provide you and your pet with the highest quality care. When appointments are missed without proper notice, it takes away an opening for another sick or hurt pet to be seen. To help minimize these cases, we have implemented a Missed Appointment Policy for appointments missed without at least 24 hours notice.
  • Effective October 2022, any client who fails to show for an appointment and has not contacted out office with at least 24 hours notice will be charged a No Call, No Show fee of $35
  • Clients who No Call, No Show two times will be required to pre-pay for the exam at the time of scheduling
Late Appointments
We understand that delays can happen, however if you are late we likely have moved onto another pet who needed our care so you may experience an extended wait time for your pet to be seen. If a patient is more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment time, we will have to reschedule your appointment for a different day.
